There’s no one thing I could say about what makes Bestbuy a great fit for us. One is the other shareholders – we’re all independents, but it’s about the shared values we have going forward. Another is the staff in the Bestbuy family – they form a really unique team. It’s a privilege to work with them; we’re partners.
We have the best brands in the business, along with our own brand, QAP (Quality Automotive Parts), which is top quality. The Best Auto program for installers is really strong too, to help us grow our installer business and help installers flourish and make progress. It teaches them how to be more professional, and realize the importance of developing lifetime customers.
We attend all the Bestbuy trade shows, and participate in their programs. The annual Buy & Sell Show is great because it gives us a chance to see different parts of the country, while meeting with suppliers and fellow shareholders.
